    She is credentialed to provide supervision for:

    • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) candidates in Minnesota

    Individual and group supervision is available to meet state licensure requirements. Clinical supervision is provided at an hourly rate. Please contact us for availability and scheduling.

  • Dr. Mensink is an Endorsed Infant Mental Health Mentor - Clinical (IMH-E) with advanced training in reflective supervision and consultation. She offers RS/C services for:

    • Infant and early childhood mental health professionals

    • Counselors

    • Early childhood educators

    • Childcare providers

    • Social workers

    • Other helping professionals

    Reflective supervision provides a supportive, collaborative space to explore your professional experiences, strengthen relational capacity, and deepen your work with infants, young children, and families. RS/C is particularly valuable for professionals pursuing or maintaining Infant Mental Health Endorsement®.

  • We offer customized trainings for individuals, agencies, schools, and multidisciplinary teams. Training content integrates current research, trauma-informed care, developmental science, and culturally responsive practices.
