A Compassionate Partner in Your Healing Journey

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals and families as they navigate their path to healing, growth, and emotional wellness. My approach is grounded in building a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable expressing your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I believe that meaningful therapy begins with trust. My goal is to build an authentic, collaborative relationship where you feel seen, heard, and valued. Through empathy, active listening, humor, and genuine care, I strive to create a therapeutic space that allows for honest reflection, healing conversations, and personal growth.

Whether you're:

  • A parent feeling overwhelmed by your child’s emotional or behavioral struggles

  • A young child learning to navigate big emotions

  • A teen facing challenges with identity, relationships, or anxiety

  • An adult processing trauma, stress, or life transitions

…I’m here to hold space for your story and support you in your healing process.

Clinical Experience & Approach

I bring extensive clinical experience in infant and early childhood mental health, attachment and parent-child relationships, trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation, developmental and diagnostic evaluations, and reflective supervision and professional consultation.

I work from a developmental, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive framework, recognizing the powerful connection between past experiences and present challenges. My goal is always to meet you where you are, and walk with you toward where you want to be.

A Little About Me

Originally from the Midwest, I now live in Florida with my significant other and our two cats, Django and Iris. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, traveling, solving jigsaw puzzles, and appreciating life’s humor (and a little sarcasm). I believe in embracing my inner child and finding joy even in life’s small moments.
